I know water is best, and I’m drinking a ton of it. But if I have 1-2 diet colas with aspartame in them a day, is that a problem? I know aspartame is supposed to be bad for the liver, but will it be detrimental to recovery to have one or two?
I find anything carbonated is bliss as a replcement for beer. Oddly though, I can have just one or two, unlike beer. 😉
