Today I am going to make a commitment to start walking for my health. My Drs. have told me many times through the years to walk for different reasons due to different things my quirky body throws at me. I’ve always intended to & I’ve actually done it randomly, a few times. This time, I feel that if I make the commitment here to report every day that maybe I’ll actually do better at it.

Now the truth is, I’m not a sports person & I’m not in very good health, so when I say that I’m gonna walk, I’m not talking miles here. haha I’m talking any walking at all is better than not moving as I’ve been doing. I know from the past that if I keep it up, I’ll gradually get better at it & walk longer & farther each day. I’m going on the belief that some walking (exercise) is better than no walking (exercise). The commercial on tv says, “a body in motion, stays in motion”. LOL

If anyone would like to join me, I’d love to do this with others. Just jump right in on this thread. Good luck & good health to us all.
