After quitting for 8 months, in the last week, I’ve had about 10 cigarettes. And today, I’ve smoked like 5 more, and just bought a pack. =/
I’m headed for full blown relapse if I don’t stop now. My question is: will the withdrawal be any less intense since I’ve been quit for 8 months?
After a slight relapse like this, will my body respond differently because I haven’t been experiencing a steady stream of nicotine for the last 8 months?
